NextRadio Illustration

Onboarding for our NextRadio app was TOUGH. Not only did we need to convey that the app used actual over-the-air radio for the audio (and therefore you needed to plug in headphones as your antenna), but we also needed the user to enable location services in order to get a list of their local radio stations.

We A/B tested several of these onboarding message/illustration combos and the winners helped us reduce support tickets and increase retention!
